Puncture Repair Service

Depending on the nature of your flat tyre, a puncture repair may be a viable and cheaper option than replacement of the tyre itself. A general rule of thumb is that if you see or feel a flat tyre, stop as soon as it is safe to do so and do not be tempted to carry on driving the car. You could further damage the tyre, making a puncture repair impossible and even damage your wheel.

Our puncture repair cost includes the repair itself, a new tyre valve and balancing your wheel. We will always look at puncture repair as a first option, but any evaluation has to fall within British Standards and safety guidelines.

These guidelines state that the tyre must be removed from the wheel for a thorough inspection and evaluation for internal damage. Failure to do so could result in the sudden failure of the tyre later on. Also, sealants and plugs that can be applied externally are not to be considered as permanent repairs, but as temporary measures to get you to a tyre specialist who can give you a full evaluation.
